Hello, I’m Christina Willis, but everyone calls me “Tina”. 

For over 35 years, I’ve provided environmental and land use planning and entitlement services to public and private sectors clients to ensure compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). I founded Willis Environmental Planning in 2023 to help my clients overcome environmental challenges and move their projects forward in the face of rapid environmental, economic and regulatory changes.
